This policy covers the website carvalhokarsten.app. It does not cover the apps that Carvalho Karsten builds for clients. Each of those apps has its own privacy policy, published by the client who owns it.
What this website collects
You can read every page of this website without giving any personal data. The website has no ads, no tracking cookies and no social media pixels.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy describes how it handles that data.
What you send when you contact Carvalho Karsten
You decide what to share when you get in touch. You can write by email, send a WhatsApp message or use the contact form.
The contact form does not store anything on this website. When you press send, it opens your email app or WhatsApp with your message filled in. Your message then travels through that service, under that service’s own privacy terms.
A message usually contains your name, your email or phone number, your company and a description of your app. Carvalho Karsten uses this data for two purposes only:
- To reply to you.
- To prepare your project review and, if you ask for one, your proposal.
Carvalho Karsten does not sell your data, does not share it for advertising and does not add you to a mailing list.
How long your data is kept
Your messages are kept while the conversation and any resulting project continue. If no project follows, you can ask for your messages to be deleted at any time. Data from a signed contract may need to be kept longer to meet tax and accounting rules.
Your privacy rights
You can ask Carvalho Karsten, at any time, to:
- tell you what personal data it holds about you;
- send you a copy of that data;
- correct data that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data, when no legal rule requires keeping it;
- stop using your data for a given purpose.
Send your request to contact@carvalhokarsten.app. The reply may ask you to confirm your identity before any data is shared or deleted.
These rights come from several laws, depending on where you live:
- Brazil: the General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD) covers data handled by the team in Brazil.
- European Union: if you write from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you similar rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
- United States: several states, such as California, have consumer privacy laws. Whether a given state law applies depends on its thresholds, but the requests listed above are open to every visitor.
Short version. No ads, no tracking cookies. Your message is used only to answer you and prepare your project review. Write to contact@carvalhokarsten.app to see, correct or delete your data.
Security
Messages stay in the email and WhatsApp accounts that Carvalho Karsten uses to reply to you. Only the people who answer you and prepare your project review read them.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and Carvalho Karsten does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. The date of the current version is November 5, 2026.
